Hello,

My name is Diana Fajardo-Salcedo, a School Social Worker with GGUSD ASPIRE program. I am so happy to be a part of the Hare Husky family. Garden Grove is home to me as I attended GGUSD as a student, became a district employee (instructional aid), intern (MSWI), and now a school social worker. As the ASPIRE school social worker I provide direct counseling services to students to help address their social-emotional needs. I also provide support in prevention strategies and case management for students and their families. I highly value education and have a passion for decreasing mental health stigmas in the school setting. I also have a passion for creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where I can provide support to student’s mental health needs. As a school social worker, I help serve as a link between school, home and community by helping students reach academic success. I am here as a resource to students and families, so please contact me with any questions or concerns. I am happy to help!
