Dear Parents, Guardians, Community Members, Students and Friends:
Welcome to Hare High School!
Hare High School is the continuation high school for the Garden Grove Unified School District’s seven comprehensive high schools. At Hare High School, we provide the opportunity for students to get back on track with credits towards earning their high school diploma while providing a supportive environment to be successful. We offer a variety of courses, including CTE courses offered during the school day. Our teachers on staff provide a learning environment that Huskies find success in, providing direct instruction in the classroom where class numbers are small. We take pride in being Huskies and being part of the PACK – Huskies Persevere, are Attentive, Cooperative, and Kind. As a PBIS school, we look to our Huskies to join the PAC and are provided opportunities to celebrate and be recognized for their positive behavior. Hare has partnered this year with Project Kinship who supports Hare’s mission and vision of helping students meet their goals both academically and personally. We have fun at Hare, as we move toward our goals for the future, and our staff and faculty are here to support our Huskies every step of the way!
I am proud to be part of the PACK, and look forward to a great school year alongside the Huskies!
Dr. Stephanie Heflin
