Free Meals for 2022-23/Please Complete our Data Collection Form

Dear Families,

GGUSD is proud to provide breakfast and lunch meals free of charge for all GGUSD students regardless of family income. This is the third year that GGUSD has had the opportunity to participate in the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which allows the district to serve meals at no cost to all students!

In order for the district to continue participating in this program, parents and guardians must submit the School Funding Data Collection Form. This information allows the district to receive increased state funding for educational purposes that directly benefit our schools and students. The information will not be shared or utilized for any other purpose.

Regardless of income level, every household must complete this form no later than September 30th to ensure the district retains state and federal funding.

The fastest and easiest way is to complete the form online at

https://ggusd.us/datacollectionform

Only one form per household is needed.

Paper copies of the form are also available in the Food Services Office at 10331 Stanford Avenue, Building B, Garden Grove, and at your child’s school office.

Students with free and reduced eligibility status may qualify for other discounts based on household income level including discounts on internet access, college application fees, SAT/ACT/AP testing fees, and utility bills. An income eligibility letter can be provided by Food Services upon request to access these discounts for those who qualify.

Our GGUSD Food Services staff is looking forward to serving free, healthy meals to all students!
